I'm excited to offer Positive Intelligence® (PQ®) training to strengthen your 3 critical mental fitness muscles, shifting the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your anxious stress responses, inner critics or negative stories) to your inner Sage (your calming nervous system and higher brain self). This is mind management training to master that shift, putting you in self-command of your brain. 

Most training only results in short-lived improvements. To achieve sustained results, we'll focus on building neural pathways that form lasting new habits. 

This program can take you to the next level, just as it has done for me. No other personal and professional development program that I know of has this level of success, which is why I want to share it with you.

I chose this training and tool for myself and my coaching practice because it's easy to relate to and sticky, unlike other programs which tend to fade back to status quo in a few weeks or months. Each program group is between 2 and 6 participants and groups can run in parallel.

Summary Outline

Week 1 - Your Self Command

Through a breakthrough process called PQ® Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle.  Each Rep only takes 10 seconds and helps you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.

Week 2 to 3 - Your Saboteurs 

You get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.

Week 4 to 6 - Your Sage Muscle

You get to practice the Sage Perspective that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity. And you get to generate the gift through the 5 Sage Powers of Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate.

Closing Week - Apply PQ® to Work & Life

Shows how PQ is a professional and personal development skill and can apply to all areas of life and work, including Stress Management, Parenting, Leadership, Conflict Management, Health & Wellbeing, Relationships, Change Management.

Workshop

Online or in person
2-4 hours

Combines the Intro to Positive Intelligence & Mental Fitness with an interactive workshop for deeper learnings, enhanced relationships and new possibilities.

We break out into discussion groups focusing on top Saboteurs (from online Saboteur Assessment).

Each Saboteur group then reports out to the larger group about what their Saboteurs are all about, their lies, limiting beliefs, and negative impact.

This interactive session is how you can shift from a conceptual understanding of the topic to a deep personal “aha…” of exactly how you have been sabotaging your own effectiveness, wellness, and relationships.

This is a lot of fun and where your team will get really excited about a new possibility for themselves and each other.
