She is also an experienced Non Executive Director, currently sitting on multiple ASX listed company boards, and in the unlisted and charity space.

As well as her passion for the law, Claire Bibby holds a series of Non-Executive, chair and other appointments, most recently with Marist180 (one of the largest organisations committed to empowering at-risk youth in Australia), CommsGroup Limited (ASX:CCG) (cloud communications for business, servicing mid-tier corporate customers in Australia, Asia and internationally) and Arowana (ASX:AWN) (an international B Corp accredited investment group with private and publicly listed businesses in solar power, electric vehicles, critical power services, vocational and professional education, traffic management, technology and impact asset management fields). Claire is also a qualified mediator and arbitrator.
Claire Bibby is an Industry/Professional Fellow within the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Sydney. Recipients of the Fellow of the University honorary title are recognised academic, business or community leaders who associate themselves with UTS to collaborate with, assist and/or advise the Faculty to which they are appointed.
Claire Bibby is also a Honorary Member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, an Entrepreneur Ambassador for Opportunity International, a member of the Australian Financial Review’s Business Leader’s Panel, a member of the SmartCompany’s Readers Panel, a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and is a committee member of the NSW Law Society Futures Committee and the Resolution Institute.
