Having built her executive career in corporate and commercial law, and spent a decade advocating for her clients and high net-worth individuals in the Australian courts, Claire is highly skilled in achieving business goals and strategies, whilst developing and leading high performing teams and individuals. 

Her experience has been gained through senior management appointments with some of the world’s largest companies and at top-tier local and international law firms.

Claire brings a highly adaptable and resourceful approach, having supported multi-billion dollar transactions, defined first to market investment opportunities, and protected the reputation of major corporate brands and executives.  She adds value and develops relationships based on integrity.

As well as her passion for the law, Claire holds a series of Non-Executive, chair and other appointments, most recently with Marist180 (one of the largest organisations committed to empowering at-risk youth in Australia), My Property Circles (a property platform that matches like-minded, financially suitable people), and the University of Technology Sydney Law Advisory Board.  Claire is also a qualified mediator and arbitrator.

Claire is also an Executive Member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, an Entrepreneur Ambassador for Opportunity International,  a member of the Australian Financial Review’s Business Leader’s Panel, a member of the SmartCompany’s Readers Panel, a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and is a committee member of the NSW Law Society Futures Committee and the Resolution Institute.

Claire has been recognised as one of Australia’s best lawyers and female executives, including having been awarded the Excellence Award for Women in Law, General Counsel of the Year, Female Executive of the Year in Asia, Australia & New Zealand, Mentor of the Year and most recently she was featured in SmartCompany’s 2018 International Women’s Day Showcase.  In addition, Claire is a mentor for Layne Beachley’s Aim for the Stars Foundation.
